Vintage HONEY POT JAR Porcelain Teddy Bear Made in TAIWAN With Wooden Stirrer

Description: Waiting for your purchase is this sweet little sad-eyed teddy bear honey jar or pot. This comes from my own collection. I have several honey jars listed currently. This little fellow is made of a pottery material and is nicely colored a warm chocolate brown. His eyes are black with a hint of white, and his nose and mouth are black over a whitish muzzle. He sports a yellow bow at his neck. The pads on his feet are whitish. His sad expression wins your heart. On the very bottom, it says "made in Taiwan", so this jar probably dates to the 1970s or 80s. I have replaced his swirling stick with a new one so he is ready to use or just to enjoy in a collection. He stands 5 inches tall. You are purchasing the jar only---no honey is included.

Measurement: Stands 5 inches tall--measures about 3 1/4 inches across the bottom--he probably holds about 8 ounces of honey, once filled

Condition: EXCELLENT---no chips or cracks--minor wear to paint on snout, small dark spot UNDER the glaze around the rim on the bottom
