Vintage THE CHIPETTES Cartoon Promo Glass 1985 Hardee's 3 Girl Chipmunks

Description: Waiting for your purchase is this nice promotional advertising glass from the HARDEE'S fast food chain. It depicts THE CHIPETTES--3 "girls" cartoon singers to compete with the Chipmunks. The glass is clear and has polychrome pyro design: one side shows 3 pony-tailed girls singing as a group with musical notes above them and the words "THE CHIPETTES" below, done in black. They have blue, pink, and green dresses. One plays guitar, another holds a mike, and the third plays a tambourine. On the opposite side the girls' heads are shown in a pink oval. Pyro means that the design is fired onto the glass and won't wash off, but it is still a very good idea to hand wash items as dishwashers tend to damage the designs over time. In between the two design sides, printed in black lettering is the copyright mark 1985 Karman/Ross Productions Inc. This glass is in super condition and will make a nice addition to your collection.
