DESCRIPTION: Waiting for your purchase is a wonderful vintage pottery planter made by McCoy. It is the Wishing Well and is lovely in its' design, complete with the bucket and chain attachment. The pottery is done in a mottled brown and green color and has nice details and glazel. On either side of the well, lush flowers grow, the brown stones of the wishing well are visible, and a small bucket sits at the ready. Around the well the words "Grant a Wish To Me Oh Wishing Well" are incised in the pottery. The original metal chain is attached as is the wire handle for the bucket -the chain is slightly rusted, but one would expect that in a vintage planter! The words MCCOY are incised on the bottom. A beautiful 1940's/50's vintage planter!
MEASUREMENT: planter measures approx. 6 1/3 inches tall and 6 1/2 inches wide at the well base
CONDITION: great vintage condition; no chips or cracks; chain is slightly rusted as mentioned above
