DESCRIPTION: Waiting for your purchase is a wonderful vintage sewing pincushion in the shape of a tomato. It is bright red cloth with a green leaf top and rope threads down the side. Attached to the large tomato is a small strawberry pincushion. There is a small white tag on the bottom that very faintly says JAPAN. I'm guessing this dates to perhaps the 1940's or 50's when ladies did a lot of home sewing.
MEASUREMENT: approx. 2 1/3 inches tall; 2 3/4 inches in diameter; strawberry is approx. 1 inch long
CONDITION: great vintage condition; there are some minor pin holes in the top (it's been gently used for sewing!
