DESCRIPTION: Waiting for your purchase is a lovely vintage calendar plate from Wedgwood. The front features colorful drawings of different animals found in Africa. In the center is the all the months and 1980. There is a small red border around the plate. The back is fully marked with the WEDGWOOD OF ETRURIA AND BARLASTON Made in England. It also says SAFARI CALENDAR PLATE TENTH SERIES ~ This design depicts some of Africa's abundant wildlife in its' natural environment.

Each month features a different animal on the front of the plate:

MEASUREMENT: the plate measures approx. 10 inches in diameter

CONDITION: Great vintage condition ~ no chips, there is some crazing on the front and back (tiny lines in the glaze); there are some tiny bubble holes on the back of the plate, but these were done at manufacture -not damage
