VINTAGE Hazel Atlas Glass JELLY JAM JARS Molds MID-CENTURY w/color lids

DESCRIPTION: Waiting for your purchase is a set of three vintage jam or jelly container jars. They are ribbed glass and have a grape cluster design in the bottom. I believe them to be Hazel Atlas glass and to date from the late 1950's to 1960's. They have the original metal lids, but have been decorated with jar covers in scenes. One has yellow and white daffodils, another has a houseplant, and the third has a wildflower forest scene. The covers were popular in the 1960's to add a decorative touch to the plain metal lids. I'm not sure if there is any advertising on the metal lids under the cover ~ I'll leave that to the buyer. Great mid-century vintage kitchen collectibles!

MEASUREMENT: Each glass jar measures approx. 2 inches tall; 3 1/3 inches in diameter

CONDITION: Great vintage condition; no chips or cracks to the glass jars ~ the top rim is rough where the lids have been repeatedly replaced over the years (minor); the covers to the lids have minor wear; inside the lids have bits of various cardboard and foil liners-some rust
