DESCRIPTION: Waiting for your purchase is a wonderfully vintage lusterware dog planter made in Japan. It features three curious dogs, two of which appear to be Scotty dogs, the other perhaps a bulldog. The planter is marked on the bottom with the red mark "MADE IN JAPAN" and an incised "JAPAN" on the bottom of the lusterware bottom. Each dog has a distinct personality, as the hand-painting is quality work. A great vintage gift for the dog-lover. Adopt them today!

MEASUREMENT: approx. 3 inches tall to the top of his ears; approx. 4 inches wide across the feet; square planter opening measures approx. 1 1/3 x 1 1/2

CONDITION: Great vintage condition; no chips or cracks; luster bright; a small bit of wear to the ears and noses, but this is to be expected in an older piece
