DESCRIPTION: WAITING FOR YOUR PURCHASE IS A VINTAGE PLAYING CARD BOX FROM THE GULF, MOBILE AND OHIO RAILROAD. THE G,M & O RR WAS A CLASS I RAILROAD THAT OPERATED FROM 1938-1972.
THE BOX IS RED AND HAS THE RR EMBLEM IN GOLD ON THE FRONT AND THE RED/BLUE PLAYING CARD IDENTIFICATION ON THE REVERSE. THE RED PORTION IS FLOCKED AND FUZZY TO THE TOUCH. A RED RIBBON PULLS THE DRAWER OUT TO SHOW ONE PACK OF PLAYING CARDS WITH RED BACKS. THE NAME "FRISCO" IS ON EACH ONE AND THEY ARE ALL HERE-52 CARDS. THE BOX HAS GOLD PAPER-LIKE TRIM AROUND IT.
THIS IS A GREAT COLLECTIBLE FOR THE RAILROAD ENTHUSIAST. IT IS FASCINATING WONDERING WHO JUST MIGHT HAVE PLAYED CARDS WITH THESE ON HIS OR HER RAILROAD JOURNEY ACROSS THE UNITED STATES!
