DESCRIPTION: WAITING FOR YOUR PURCHASE IS A WONDERFULLY VINTAGE DOG PLANTER. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A DASCHUND DOG AND HE IS STRETCHED OUT COMPLETELY FROM HIS NOSE TO THE TIP OF HIS TAIL. THE COLORS ARE BRIGHT BROWN AND YELLOW WITH A BASKETWEAVE DESIGN ON THE PLANTER PART. DOGGIE HAS LOVELY DETAILING ON HIS FACE WITH EYES, EYEBROWNS, A BLACK NOSE, AND A BLACK-LINE MOUTH. ON ONE SIDE OF THE PLANTER IS A OPEN AREA FOR JEWELRY OR WHAT-NOTS; THE OTHER IS OPEN AND COULD BE USED AS A PLANTER. THE BOTTOM IS UNMARKED, BUT I HAVE SEEN SIMILAR PLANTERS MADE BY VARIOUS CALFORNIA ART POTTERIES.
