CUNARD CRUISE LINE Set of 2 Clear GLASSES Princess Countess Advertising

Description: Waiting for your purchase is this nice set of two souvenir glasses representing the CUNARD CRUISE LINES. The glasses are clear with a wavy look. There is an "L" mark in the very bottom, so I am assuming they were made by Libbey Glass Co. The glasses are quite tall, 6 3/4 inches, and somewhat narrow, 2 1/2 inches across the top opening. They have a segmented look, divided into thirds by two protuberant rings. In between these is the word "CUNARD" done in bright orange, wide, lettering. This lettering is pyro, meaning it has been fired on and will not come off from rubbing or washing with normal use. Near the base in the 3rd segment are the words "Princess" and "Countess", referring to two of the line's ships. The glasses are in excellent condition. They would make great advertising collectibles or conversation starters at your home bar.

Measurement: Each glass is 6 3/4 inches tall and measures 2 1/2 inches across the top opening. Each will hold 16 ounces.
