Dansk is a famous Danish company which has been supplying exceptional quality items for many years. This item is made of lovely natural or blond wood and has a recessed area surrounded a lovely floral tile inset. The tile flowers look like sunflowers and perhaps blue irises. There is a narrow blue border and another forming a center square. Yellow and blue flowers with green stems and leaves form an inner border. This is very pretty, clean-looking, and festive. Cheese and crackers, bruschetta, corn chips and guacamole, hummus and pita chips----ideas for use are endless. On the back is the full maker's mark, which appears to have been burned into the wood. The server is 15 inches square. The tile is 6 inches square.
